Rod Breese, Chair
This is the one committee that is specified in our original Restrictive Covenants. Its purpose is to receive plans prior to any alteration or structural construction, review and approve the plans based on quality of workmanship and materials, harmony of external design with existing structures, and as to location with respect to topography and finish grade elevation. This committee’s charge is detailed in the 1955 Restrictive Covenants.
Luke LaVanda, Chair
This committee will oversee conditions in the park to ensure there are no safety hazards, that we have proper signage where appropriate, and research and make recommendations for improvements such as a fishing pier, picnic tables, member access, mowing and trimming. The committee will also request matching grants from the City of Pasadena for improvements to the park area.
Lynn Irvine, Chair
This committee is formed to develop and document charters for all association committees to be reviewed and updated periodically; propose amendments and re-statements of all entity documents as necessary, including the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Restrictive Covenants; and ensure all documents are filed as required with the State of Texas, the Harris County Clerk, the Texas Real Estate Commission, the Internal Revenue Service and on our Association website.
John Bertolini and Garey DeLozier
This committee is formed to receive, investigate and take appropriate action for neighborhood and code violation issues.
Ron Poole, Chair
This committee is formed to oversee development and maintenance for the association’s website; to create a quarterly blog or newsletter for the website; to plan and publish a periodic directory of members if desired; to create and distribute communications for all association needs, ensuring transparency and compliance with the rules of Title 11, Texas Property Code and other HOA rules and regulations.
